RETURNS

All returns have to be authorized by your sales representative within 15 days of the invoice date. Please present the invoice number and photo of your damaged product of your package delivery if you have. The return quantity must match the purchase quantity of its original invoice. For the returns that are not due to our fault, 15% of restocking fee plus freight will be charged. We will not accept any returns after 90 days from the date of invoice regardless of the condition of merchandise. All returns will have to be accompanied by an RMA# obtained through our Customer Service Department.

Please note: We reserve the right not to accept any returns or claims that violate Beauty Elements Policy. We try to represent our colors as accurately as possible, however, actual colors may differ based on your screen and color settings at your side. If you have any concern about color, texture or shape, please contact us before purchase and we will gladly help you out.

How to return?

  1. Call our Customer Service Department at 305-430-4400 or contact your sales representative.
  2. Please inform the representative the details of the return item such as INVOICE# / ITEM# / QTY
  3. Reason for the return

Non-Returnable and Non-Acceptable Items

  1. Product not purchased from Beauty Elements Corp.
  2. Product with price sticker or security sticker.
  3. Product purchased in error of buyer.
  4. All items are to be discarded with no exchange or credit.
